Prices quoted are for the villa per week, regardless of number of guests. Please compare these to the price of a stay in the Disney Hotels! Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, but we are happy to consider shorter stays on request if this fits in better with your arrangements.
Jan/Dec $1250 USD per week including taxes (excluding Christmas and New Year)
Feb/Sept/Nov $1400 USD per week including taxes
Mar/Apr/May/June/Oct $1500 USD per week including taxes (excluding Easter)
July/Aug $1650 USD per week including taxes
Holidays $1875 USD per week including taxes
Pool/spa heating - $175 USD per week
These items below are not provided in the Villa but are available to rent from our property management company. The reason for this is that we are then guaranteed that they are clean and safe for use. We would be happy to gather a quote for you at the time of booking.

We have no minimum stay requirements, but we reserve the
right to apply cleaning charges of $125 USD for stays
of less than 5 nights. Mid-stay cleans are available on
